During the migration to a secure cloud database, Microsoft Azure, we experienced intermittent behavior with the web app and database. Timeouts were being reported and we subsequently fixed them within 20 minutes.
Discrepancies in the app were found and reported throughout the day, and resolved by our engineers immediately.
We've figured out the source cause of the API issues that were experienced today. The API bin folder was missing referenced 3rd-party DLLs which have now been replaced and normal operation of the API has now been restored.
Notifications and alerts will be turned back on as soon as the final tests are completed.
