If you want certain projects to stand out when running reports and viewing work lists, you can designate a Project Priority with a corresponding icon:
Add this add-on in the Administration > Add-Ons > Get more Add-Ons:
Click Install, then Configure:
Enter the names of the priorities to select from:
Once you hit Save then you'll be able to "Select Icon" from our samples or upload your own.
Upload priority icons 16x16 pixels in the following file types:
From there, any Project Manager or PMO manager can select the Priority from the Project Add/Edit menu only:
Once selected, you can add this column to any Project or Task report shown above.
