When trying to log in to Project Insight, you may have the incorrect username and/or password. Use the "Having Trouble?" link to reset your username or password:
If it is not the username or password, contact your Project Insight Administrator to ensure you are an Active User in Project Insight.
Are you using Single Sign On (SSO)?
You can tell if you're using SSO if you select the "Login With" information or if you bypass this screen entirely:
If you cannot login, and you are using SSO, your first step is to contact the IT Administrator who maintains your SSO directory.
Your internal IT team maintains Single Sign On separately from Project Insight. This is an intentional security precaution. Therefore, your IT team can help you troubleshoot why SSO is preventing you from logging in.
If no users can login when using SSO, ask your IT team to troubleshoot or connect us to your IT team. It could be a misconfigured SSO setting or a change in protocol that needs to reflect in Project Insight security settings.
