We recommend an announcement for offline time which your organization has organized for specific updates and improvements, for example upgrading PI#team to PI#enterprise.
Let your team know when the system will be unavailable, so that they can plan accordingly. And don't forget to communicate to them that you're investing in improvements to how they work!
We have scheduled PI for changes to improve how we work together. Our work space will be unavailable during this time, unavailability which applies only to our organization's access. Any attempt to access our work space address at (your URL) will re-direct to the PI public web site during this process. Offline time is scheduled as follows:
