Overview

Saving and sharing reports is a great way to communicate information in PI to all who need it. Over time, you may find that you have reports you no longer need or someone shared a report with you that you don't want. Below will show you how to delete your own saved reports and get rid of reports shared with you that you don't want.

TIP: Before sharing a report with anyone, you should be a good report citizen and make sure that person really wants the report. 

Deleting a Saved Report

Deleting a report you saved is really easy. 

1. Go to the reports menu
2. Open the My Saved section
3. Mouse over the report you want to delete and click the delete icon

Getting Rid of a Report Shared with You

Sometimes you want to get rid of a report that someone shared with you. I say "get rid of" because PI does not let you delete other people's saved reports. This is also really easy.

1. Go to the reports menu
2. Open the Shared section
3. Mouse over the report you want to delete and click the hide icon
