While you add/delete or activate/inactivate users, PI gives you the ability to track your current Active User count. This is most helpful for Sys Admins or User Admins when onboarding users or recounting the Active User list.
On the User Administration of PI, there is a total on the bottom of the page that gives you the "current" User count and breakdown. When viewing this Active User Count there are a couple things to note...
- The "Total" count sometimes takes a few minutes to catch up with the actual Total
- Pay attention to the small detail below giving the "updated" time
