Anyone can set Quick Selections for themselves to make viewing Folders, Task Lists, and reports easier in Project Insight.
If you have a specific set of columns you like to see again and again, set it once with Quick Selections:

You can read about almost every page's Page Display Options in Project Insight. Once you've set your display options, you may miss the Quick Selection options highlighted above.
Column Selection Options
The drop down menu shows you all the Quick Selections you have saved or have been shared by your System Administrator:
When you select from this menu, the Selected Columns to the immediate left will change according to this Quick Selection:
If you make a change to your Selected Columns, your menu will change to say "Custom Selection":
This means your Custom Selection is NOT one of the saved Quick Selections.
You can make it a Quick Selection with the Edit icon next to the menu:
The Quick Selection section is now a text box where you can Name your selection.
Choose the checkbox whether this should be your Default View or just an option in the menu for the future.
Please Note: System Administrators have additional choices to set this as a default for everyone else in Project Insight.
Not all users have access to all columns. For example, you could save a task list default with Admin column. A project manager on the project will see the a column and a resource will not.
