    Can you please provide an update on status?  We have been down now for about 90 minutes, and I need to provide some kind of update to my team about when we expect to have this issue resolved.  Thanks!

    We've been down since 8:30am EST, it's now almost noon - any update on this?

    I just tried the app, and it now loads for me.  Are we fully back up & running?

    It is fully up and running. I don’t know anything more than that right now, but we are getting more info for a more detailed update later today.
