Under Administration > Users > Settings, Administrators can change how users display and interact with Project Insight:
User Display Options
Some teams have so many users that it's helpful to see more information than just the user's name. That's why you can also display the following information when selecting a user from a PI combo box:
- Enable Photo on User Combo Box
- Enable Email on User Combo Box
- Enable Department on User Combo Box
- Enable Company on User Combo Box
If you select all four options, your Combo Boxes will look like this:
Enable User Edit of Personal Work Schedule
Allow users to edit their own work schedule in the top right corner of PI:
This setting allows Team Members to add their own time off. See Edit your Work Schedule for more information.
Quick Tip: This setting could change project schedules depending on your project settings.
Enable Default Time Sheet Approver Edit of Work Schedules
Allows the user's default time sheet approver to edit that user's work schedule.
